Graduating Seniors, Interested in Becoming a Licensed Real Estate Agent?
Country Mile REALTORS, LLC is excited to announce that applications for its 2025 scholarship program are now open. If you’re a Preble County resident, have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher, and plan to pursue getting your license in real estate, we encourage you to apply.
Country Mile REALTORS will provide $500 scholarships to three deserving high school graduates based on their application submissions as well as an in-person interview (for finalists). The scholarship monies will be paid to the recipients’ chosen licensed real estate institution offering pre-licensing classes.
Applications will be accepted beginning March 15, 2025 through May 15, 2025. Applications submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered.
Requirements:
- Fill out the scholarship form in its entirety and submit prior to the deadline.

- When completed, applications will be accepted via the following methods:

- Eligible students must intend to pursue a career as a licensed Real Estate agent.
- Eligible students must be Preble County residents.
- Eligible students must have a current cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
