Public schools
The Eaton City School District scored an ‘Excellent’ on the Ohio Achievement Assessment, and the state granted money to build new schools to replace William Bruce Elementary School and the Middle School. It is to also be funded by a tax levy passed by the residents of Eaton. The buildings are to be operational by the 2013-2014 school year.
